Do I need to create an account to order?

Yes, you need to create an account before making a purchase. 

Can I order in sleeve quantity?

Yes, you can order products by sleeve quantity. Check the product description for how many items are in a sleeve and how many sleeves are in a carton. For example, if it's listed as 50 packs with 20 packs per carton (50pk 20pks/ctn), entering "2" in the quantity field will give you 2 sleeves.

How do I order a full carton?

Simple enter the number of sleeves per carton in the quanity field. If a carton contains 20 sleeves (20pks/ctn), enter "20" to order a full carton.

Why has my delivery come packaged in a different box to the product I ordered?

Kemp Agencies reuses boxes to reduce waste. If you recieve a box that lists a different product, don't worry - it's just a reused box. Also, mulitple items might be packed into a single box, so please check all boxes upon delivery to ensure you have received everything.

Is there a minium order value?

Yes, there is a minimum order value of $35 excluding GST.

What type of delivery methods does Kemp Agencies Offer?

Kemp Agencies offer a fast and efficient delivery service. For more information on our delivery options please visit our delivery page for further details. For deliveries outside our service area we use the Australia Post or a courier, depending on which option is more cost affective.

Can I collect my parcel from the Showroom / Warehouse?

Yes you can! Simply select "Pick Up" at checkout. Please allow at least one hour for us to prepare your order for collection. For our address and opening hours, please visit our contact us page.
